The Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the development, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and revenue growth across a number of business areas. This role requires a level of strategic thinking, creativity, and a strong understanding of various marketing channels and tools. The ideal candidate will have some experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and working cross-functionally with different teams.
This role would suit a marketing manager who is results-driven, strategic marketer with some experience in developing client-centric growth marketing strategies. Strong stakeholder and team management skills and the ability to drive campaign delivery to impactful outcomes are essential attributes.
1. Partner with the business to develop a clear strategic direction, an actionable 'go-to-market strategy and campaign plan for the respective sector or capability area
2. Support the development of an integrated approach across Corporate Affairs & Marketing to align services, messages and sales opportunities
3. Contribute to the delivery of the marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement; supporting every stage of the sale, create opportunities for relationship development and ensure we engage internally with messaging on all our activities
4. Measure value creation and ROI [set against agreed objectives and targets] directly contributing to the firm’s business growth agenda
5. Drive a data led approach to champion digital and use of CRM with the marketing team and across the business
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and the business development teams across Priority Sector and Capability areaso Brings a commercial mindset and has ability to spot the opportunity in the delivery of campaigns and projectso Delivery of high performing end to end brand, lead generation and sales campaigns – from click to cliento Inspirational team leader and intuitive manager – creating a collaborative, high performing team virtually, across the country and potentially offshoreo Future focused – ability to challenge, be challenged on key ideas and concepts, to foresee the potential impact and value creation of marketing activitieso Some experience in developing value propositions for services and market-defining marketing campaigns, as well as effectively managing associated budgetsIdentify target audiences and appropriate marketing channelsCreate campaign budgets and timelines
7. Campaign Execution: Constantly reviewing better ways of doing things and leveraging tech and digital platforms to deliver high performing campaigns and activitiesCoordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative, product, sales) and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery
8. Performance Tracking and Optimization: Set KPIs and performance metrics for campaignsMonitor and analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and insightsOptimise campaigns based on performance data to improve ROI and achieve targets
9. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and coordinate other team membersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of campaign activitiesDrive interaction with other teams across Marketing & Corporate Affairs, as well as other sales enablement teams to deliver a connected one team cultureProvide regular updates and reports to senior management on campaign progress and outcomesChampion the KPMG brand and purpose across our marketing team and our business to make sure that we stand out from the crowdRole model our marketing capability to ensure best practice across the firm
10. Market Research and Analysis: Leverage market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client/market behaviours.Use client insights and metrics to inform campaign strategies and decision-making.
Qualifications:
11. Education: Ideally to degree level. A relevant second degree or professional industry qualification welcome.
12. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing/campaign management.Experience working in a professional services environment would be a distinct advantageProven track record of developing and executing impactful and effective marketing campaigns.Professional services/sector experience highly valuedKnowledge of digital channels, including SEO/SEM, PPC, as well as CRM [MSD].

Skills: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, marketing automation tools, analytics tools)Creative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesIndustry knowledge – with the ability to develop strong internal and external networksAnalytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
