Job Title Operations Coordinator – Commercial Risk UK
Aon are looking to recruit An Operations Coordinator into our Commercial Risk UK Team. This can be a hybrid position and be based anywhere in the UK.

What the day will look like
As part of the Commercial Risk UK Operations team you will provide support to the Business Units and engage with relevant Business Operations managers, colleagues, Aon Law and the Central Compliance Team to assist in ensuring that all aspects of the business comply with legal, regulatory and Aon policy requirements on an ongoing basis.
* Undertake proactive business engagement reviews/activity for Commercial Risk UK and provide detailed feedback and recommendations to Team Leaders and client managers.
* Undertake Check The Checker review of Work Review Forms for Commercial Risk UK undertaken by the Offshore team and provide detailed feedback to ensure that this activity is undertaken to a satisfactory standard in accordance with the Work Review Form Process and the Work Review Form Methodology.
* Work closely with the business and provide guidance and feedback around documentation, scripts and websites (both static and transactional) to ensure business, regulatory and TCF requirements are met as well as liaising with Compliance for sign off ensuring business timescales are met.
* Key first line role to play in ensuring that the approval, re-approval, ongoing monitoring and termination of Obtaining or Retaining Third Parties (ORTPs) are carried out in accordance with Aon policy, guidance and timescales.
* Escalate any issues as necessary to Commercial Risk UK Team Manager.
