The Photography Studio is central to the wider Brand Marketing Team. We work closely with the wider Marketing Ops Team, Brand Planning, Social, PR and Commercial to bring to life the creative concepts for Seasonal Campaigns. As a studio, we’re continually looking for opportunities to help our customers discover and create their own unique world, inspiring them with stunning sets and styling.
You’ll be responsible for delivering Sample logistics for key Campaigns and PDP within the Studio and wider Brand Marketing Team. As part of this, the role will require you to be on site at our Studio based in Birstall with occasional travel to linked Sites. An inspiring leader, you’ll shape and influence not only your direct team but key stakeholders from the wider business to engage them on the benefits of operational sample compliance.
This role is hybrid with the office location in Syston, Leicestershire.

What you'll be doing
* Managing the cross functional sample logistics within the Studio and wider Brand Marketing Team, with a particular focus on sample coordination, ordering and delivery – including but not limited to collecting, delivering, checking in, checking out and the movement of Samples.
* Ensure Samples Team set up Samples pre shoot and clear set / location post shoot for Content productions.
* Manage all Sample queries – communicate and resolve these effectively with the key stakeholders.
* Working alongside the Studio Production Manager to deliver all campaigns whilst effectively communicating updates to key stakeholders.
* Supporting the Studio Production Manager, ensuring the Studio has the optimum resource to deliver agreed targets to the best standard.
* Improving the overall output and quality of work by providing feedback and insight to shape the studio processes and elevate standards.
* Working with business stakeholders to constantly develop and refine sample processes.
* Implementing bespoke learning and development to deliver a high-performing and engaged team.
* Ensuring that the teams comply with Health and Safety requirements, and all Samples / Equipment is in a good, safe, and efficient working condition.
* Leading weekly department meetings and regular 1-2-1s with your direct reports, championing their individual development and enhancing their overall success.
* Oversee all Sample SOP’s, owning the end to end and delivery across the internal Sample Team and wider business.
* Understanding the wider logistics market to keep best in class for end-to-end samples management (i.e. RFID and SAP).
What we'll look for in you
* An excellent communicator: you’ll need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a diplomatic nature. Experience of communicating upward and downwards.
* Experience in sample management systems and software.
* Proven record of learning retrospectively and using past projects to help inform better results in the future.
* Experience in logistics – working across multiple sites to deliver Samples to the right place, at the right time.
* Microsoft Suite, including Excel.
* An understanding of pre- and post-photo shoot production.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to critique not just your own work, but the work of those around you.
* Strong problem management skills: the ability to navigate and respond quickly to challenges.
* A calm and positive temperament: comfortable with problem-solving and working with others to come up with solutions.
* Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity: due to the fast-paced nature of our business, flexibility is essential. The ideal candidate must find changes to their role, within their work and for the business an exciting challenge, rather than overwhelming.

* Work collaboratively with the Studio Production manager to deliver best in class Studio operations.
