We're looking for a Workforce Support Team Member to deliver workplace support services to support our Bolton Office. At AXA we work smart, to support the needs of our business this role is office based meaning you'll work 100% of your week, typically from the same office location in Bolton. What you'll be doing: Management of incoming and outgoing post, referencing & indexing including use of ACS, MID, Visual Files, claims systems & the scanning of documents to the respective EDM scanning queues & monthly MI reporting. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel (Spreadsheets) essential, strong IT knowledge. Management of stationery and consumables including monthly MI reporting. Reception duties to include delivering a professional and excellent customer experience, meet & greet, signing in process in line with AXA security protocols (iPads etc), good listening skills & helpful nature to assist customers & colleagues.
