Job Outline:
The role also involves the development of new modules and requires some data analysis which is essential to Management, Sales, and Marketing functions to understand trends, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and overall performance. Attention to detail, sense of urgency, communication, and customer service skills are the key parameters of the role. Working in conjunction with the Management in Sales and Marketing to ensure that the proposed initiatives are being focused on within the sales organization.
What the role involves:
* Analyse the effectiveness and productivity of the assigned sales territory and/or strategic accounts.
* Conduct account reviews with sales to ensure proper account qualification, coverage, strategy, and assignment in order to maximise revenue.
* Work with business analysts on developing databases and relevant sales tools to allow management a better understanding of trends.
* Provide recommendations to Executive and Sales Management via detailed reports and summaries in regard to process and efficiency improvements.
* Responsible for strategizing, negotiating, and implementing positive change in EMEA Sales Offices.
* Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and best business practices.
* Drive initiatives/projects for EMEA which directly contribute to enhancements in efficiency.
* Analyse and measure productivity levels of staff in assigned territory.
* Mediate internal conflicts arising from discussions on fair distribution of revenue credit through to resolution.
* Responsible for ensuring data integrity for assigned territory.
* Able to maintain confidentiality of personal information.
* Through market research and analysis of databases, identify the potential expansion of customer bases throughout the EMEA region.
* Set up a detailed KPIs program for the sales EMEA region and conduct benchmarking on account management and productivity to maximise performance and improve service levels.
Do you have:
* Ideally an Undergraduate Degree in Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration.
* A minimum of two years business experience.
* Ability to derive insight from reports and present findings to senior-level management in a concise manner.
* Experience driving and managing change. Strong ability to sell ideas and get "buy-in" of peers and Sales Management.
* Comfortable working independently, as well as in a team environment.
* Displays a sense of urgency and able to work under pressure to set deadlines.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications, specifically: Excel and Access.
* Project Management and/or Sales experience would be an asset.
