Key Responsibilities
* Property Administration:
* Manage property listings, ensuring 100% accuracy.
* Organise and schedule property viewings with clients and buyers.
* Assist with property inspections, take meter readings, and ensure key management is up to date.
* Coordinate marketing materials and update property portals.
* Client & Enquiry Management:
* Handle buyer and seller enquiries professionally and promptly.
* Maintain accurate client records and interactions in our software system.
* Build strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business.
* Internal & External Coordination:
* Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support property transactions.
* Liaise with external professionals, including surveyors, photographers, solicitors, and viewing agents.
* Compliance & Professional Development:
* Ensure all tasks meet legal and company standards.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations.
