Main duties of the job The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two fixed term sonographers for up to 37.5 hours per week to cover for maternity leave until 14/09/25 (Band 8a clinical specialist sonographers). The expectation is that applicants will already have achieved a level of advanced practice, and are experienced in obstetric and general medical ultrasound. As a sonographer at the trust, you will be involved with the delivery of Ultrasound services covering the main ultrasound departments, Antenatal Clinic, Fetal Medicine Unit, Acute Gynae and Early Pregnancy Unit. You must be clinically highly competent and keen to contribute towards efficient service delivery. A Post Graduate Certificate/Diploma in ultrasound (PgDip) or DMU qualification is essential for this role. If you are a Sonographer, seeking a flexible role, then we would love to hear from you.
