About the Role This role’s primary responsibility is to provide satisfactory customer experiences and elevate processes. To serve as a point of contact for both internal & external customers and provide sales support for the global BRM Team. To be the liaison between departments & to maintain & develop cross-function communication to improve efficiencies & organizational effectiveness. The role is goal-oriented and requires a deep knowledge of customer service & best practices. Responsibilities Receiving and processing purchase orders. Maintaining, reviewing sales transaction invoices & assisting with managing receivables. Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details through the company’s ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) program methodology. Submitting, extracting and analyzing data on customer accounts through SAP. Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records. Ensuring data accuracy & consistency with focus on standardization and simplification Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries Compiling monthly sales reports. Expediting orders through internal liaison. Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments. Identifying new services to offer to the company’s clients. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. An associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar preferred. A-levels / BTEC / NVG Level 3 or higher.
