YOUR ROLE:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the customer service team, providing outstanding support to customers, suppliers, and branches across the network.
Your day-to-day will involve:
✔️ Handling customer queries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
✔️ Creating and following up on quotations, ensuring excellent service from start to finish.
✔️ Processing orders with accuracy to minimise credit notes and maximise customer satisfaction.
✔️ Building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
✔️ Keeping detailed records of calls, emails, and sales activity.
✔️ Resolving customer and supplier queries quickly and effectively.

✔️ Skilled in handling complaints and solving operational challenges efficiently.

✔️ Ideally, experienced in sales and quoting (but full training will be provided).
