Description
* Providing administrative support to the HR and Business teams
* Managing office supplies and equipment
* Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
* Maintaining accurate staff records and databases
* Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives
* Assisting with health and safety procedures
* Handling internal and external communication
* Organising and scheduling appointments and events
Profile
A successful HR and Business Support Administrator should have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in business, human resources, or a related field
* Proven experience in an administrative or HR role
* Strong knowledge of office procedures and systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of organisation and ability to multitask
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
