Our client is looking for an experienced customer service administrator to join a pleasant team of 6. The role will involve speaking and emailing to vulnerable customers providing them with updates, information and help with their enquiries. This is a growing business, looking for someone able to deal with a changing environment and able to provide ideas and support.
Main responsibilities:
1. Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email and showing genuine customer care.
2. Providing administrative support.
3. Resolving customer queries, complaints, or issues by providing solutions.
4. Entering information and updating the CRM system.
Skills & experience:
1. Customer service experience ideally in contact centre or retail (ideally both).
2. Strong IT skills with experience of Outlook, Word and Excel.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Able to adapt to a changing environment.
