More about your role
In your new role as a Systems Coordinator, you will support the CAFM (MRI) system's product owner by developing, maintaining, and promoting the system as the central hub for asset information. You'll engage with users to enhance system utilization and participate in external forums to broaden your expertise. You'll manage property and asset registers, set up preventive maintenance plans, and streamline workflows to ensure efficient operations. Forward planning and scheduling maintenance will be key, as you accurately update the CAFM system with details on time, materials, and compliance certifications. You'll maintain the national inbox, coordinating job requests and ensuring proper documentation. Additionally, you'll assist with business operations in finance, auditing, and supplier management, adhering to group policies. Providing training to stakeholders and creating insightful reports will be part of your responsibilities, along with supporting the development of the Evolution Go mobile app for workforce management.
This is a
hybrid role
(3 days office based with the remaining time at home) from our
Preston, Lancashire
office. To be considered for this role you must need to be within a commutable distance from this office.
More About you
To excel in this role, you should have experience using a CAFM system, preferably MRI, and a background in facilities management, including helpdesk planning or scheduling. You need strong skills in processing and analysing large data sets in Excel with great attention to detail, along with familiarity with financial processes and systems, ideally BusinessWorld. Experience in report production is essential. Preferred qualifications include managing CAFM systems—covering PPMs, scheduling, workflows, and reporting—expertise in training staff on system usage, and knowledge of SFG20 or industry best practices.
