We are supporting various customers worldwide in automotive electrical and electronics systems development. We are recruiting for an ADAS Safety Management Project lead. Your responsibilities · Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and define safety requirements for various automotive components and systems · Performing safety assessments throughout the development lifecycle, from concept to production, to identify potential safety issues and drive risk mitigation strategies · Roll out process and organisation changes based on regulation changes and function assessment · Steer the implementation of the changes throughout the gateways and coordinating these changes across relevant departments from design to production · Evaluating and selecting appropriate safety mechanisms and technologies to enhance the safety performance of our vehicles · Ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations (UNECE R171 and 156 and R157 etc.) and guiding the team through the certification process · Lead lessons learned meetings and reviews · Coordinate both pre -audit and audit reviews · Support and lead external audit for the Automated Driving Safety · Prepare and present management reports What you bring along: Degree qualified or comparable experience · 5-10 years of ADAS and product delivery experience · Proven experience of root cause assessments based on field monitoring and incident detection · Experience of product development activities for safety critical systems, such as Advanced Driver Assistance · Experience of working with automotive safety standards and management systems, such as ISO 26262, IEC 61508 · You must be familiar with the regulations UNECE R171 and 156 and R157 · Knowledge and familiarity with ASPICE · Experience of safety analysis at a system level, such as safety concepts, hazard analysis, risk assessments, FMEA, FTA etc Position is confirmed inside IR35. Successful candidates need to be eligible to work in the UK, hold a UK driver’s license and be able to travel to Europe and internationally. Hybrid working available.
