About the Role:
As a Planner, you will coordinate and motivate all involved in the Responsive Repairs team. You will work with all trades: Plumbers, Multi Trade, Roofers, Plasters, Electricians & Ground Works; scheduling works orders through our in-house appointments system, allocating repairs works to trade operatives whilst ensuring a safe & high performing customer-focused service is maintained. Our office is based in Eastbourne, and you'll be booking in jobs for our customers across the Lewes and Eastbourne areas.
Role Criteria:
* Previous experience in an administrative role or planning role
* Ability to meet deadlines
* IT Literate
