About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality management systems are maintained, updated as necessary, and continually improved.
The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of NADCAP, AS9100 and AS13100, and be able to ensure that all necessary recognised quality / technical approvals are retained and obtained. They will also be responsible for supervising the Quality and Inspection personnel, arranging training as necessary, and monitoring vendor ratings to ensure supplier issues are resolved.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure process and equipment complies with internal and external requirements
* Ensure understanding of internal and external requirements is flowed to all levels
* Supervise the Quality and Inspection personnel, arrange training as necessary
* Ensure site Quality and Inspection functions satisfy business requirements
* Ensure Contract review undertaken is effective and assist with APQP
* Customer Liaison, ensuring customers notified if any issues or non-conformances occur. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints received.
* Monitor KPI data, liaise with site Management to resolve any problems that occur, to ensure site objectives are on target or action implemented to address any issues that may arise.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £45,000 + 15% bonus per annum, which is competitive in the industry. In addition to this, you will receive a pension match contribution from 4% - 10%, life assurance – 2 x annual salary rising to 4x within Company pension, free parking on all sites, and 25 days holiday plus national holidays.
