PD&MS Group have a great opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our progressive development team. Reporting to the Business Development Director you will be responsible for: Securing new business in the energy sector, developing and delivering new business opportunities and managing company-wide marketing and communication. Developing, delivering, and driving the strategy for new business development, marketing, and communication in collaboration with the Executive Management Team for opportunities in the Oil & Gas and adjacent sectors, integrating Business Development, Capture Management and Proposal Management activity into a cohesive and seamless approach. Overall responsible for work winning in line with business plan and budgets. Communicating sales strategy to wider exec team. Ensuring the Sales and B usiness D evelopment strategy is aligned with that of other programmes for both new and existing clients, seeking to maximise effectiveness through collaboration with Project Directors and Contract Managers to identify opportunities with existing clients. The development and submission of bids and proposals, and for the completion and submission of pre-qualification questionnaires and requests for information (RFI) approval in relation to opportunities within the Oil & Gas and adjacent sectors. Develop relationships and manage effective partnerships with both existing and new key clients. Innovate and offer new ideas and approaches for building relationships with prospective clients. About You This position would be well suited to an individual with existing experience who would ideally be degree qualified, having worked in similar positions and who can demonstrate experience in managing successful proposals and tender negotiations. Excellent public relations, oratory and presentation skills. Excellent rapport building, networking, and relationship management experience. Demonstrates professional conduct with entrepreneurial flair, persistence, resilience, confidence and energy.
