The right candidate will use this previous experience to deliver an exciting and challenging programme, and therefore it is essential you will have an engaging communication style.
As part of the training team, you will primarily adopt a remote working model, but there will be the need for periodic travel to client sites and the office when required. You will train, coach, and assess your cohorts of apprentices throughout their programme and engage regularly with Intelligencia's Administration and Quality Assurance teams.

* A strong and proven background in serious investigations, specifically around counter-fraud and money laundering.
* Excellent working knowledge and experience of PACE, CPIA, The Fraud Act, Proceeds of Crime, Bribery Act, and the PEACE interviewing model.
* A law enforcement background is not essential, and we welcome applications from those working in other sectors involved in fraud-based investigations.
* Previous training experience and qualifications are desirable but not essential as internal training and qualification programmes are in place.
Salary: £42,000 + private health care and further commission-based earning opportunities.
Bonus: Additional £3000 bonus on the achievement of KPIs.
