Job Description
The Front of House Manager will oversee all aspects of the reception area, including staff management, customer service, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for health and fitness.
Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise the front of house team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
* Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Handle membership inquiries, sign-ups, and renewals.
* Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks, including end-of-day banking and reporting.
* Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
* Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall member experience.
