Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of patients using evidence-based, person-centred assessments. Provide holistic, recovery-based interventions focused on assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and recording progress in line with clinical pathways (Functional or Dementia OT Pathways). Work closely with the supportive team, receiving peer support from the Band 6 Occupational Therapist in the same Later Life CMHT. Collaborate with the Later Life Leadership Team and benefit from monthly and ad-hoc clinical supervision with the Band 7 Occupational Therapist.
