Role: Teaching Assistant (3-5 days per week, flexible)
Hours: 8:15 am – 3:30 pm
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students who need extra help in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include assisting teachers with lesson delivery, providing one-on-one support, and helping students build the skills they need to succeed academically and socially.
While your primary focus will be on supporting SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) students, you may also be called upon to provide general classroom cover during staff absences.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children in any capacity—whether professionally (e.g., as a support worker, teaching assistant, or youth worker) or personally (e.g., caregiving, volunteering, or family support).
A background or interest in working with children with autism, ADHD, SEMH, or challenging behaviors is a bonus but not essential.
