This highly respected group is looking to expand its engineering capacity and is adding to the senior engineering structure already within their current team. Key Skills
* Mechanical Engineer, with experience in maintenance planning
* Knowledge of modern CMM systems
* Proven experience planning maintenance and shut-downs
The Role
You will be responsible for the planning and coordination of engineering, service continuous improvement and availability of machinery and functions across the entire site from an engineering point of view, utilizing the IT systems currently in place (experience of PPM & TPM systems), together with reactive maintenance and budgetary control. You will have a full understanding and appreciation of engineering, planning and scheduling, and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance systems, working with equipment such as chemical, conveyors, and processing machinery within an automated environment. Working closely with production, operations & technical to improve standards and manufacturing efficiencies. In addition to this, you will have knowledge and experience of a team of multi-skilled engineers, ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of this manufacturing plant.
