A brand-new opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Branding Coordinator to support a local company where you will work as part of a small team to support with managing orders and regularly update customers. This is a part-time opportunity where you must be able to work 18-20 hours over 4-5 days during the week. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who can transfer their skills to learn a new role.
Job Description for the Part-Time Branding Coordinator:
Managing customer orders by ensuring that the logos have been added
Liaising with internal team members and working closely with the Branding Coordinator
Responding to emails from customers for logo approvals
Updating customers on their orders
The Part-Time Branding Coordinator will use software to create visuals and logo approval documents for customers
Requirements for the Part-Time Branding Coordinator:
Experience within a customer-facing role in an office environment
Excellent communication skills
Must be PC literate (experience of using Adobe and Photoshop is desirable)
Willingness to learn
Be an excellent team player
Great attention to detail Hours: 18-20 hrs per week over 4/5 days (flexible hours)
Salary: £12.30 per hour
