Monitor for any suspicious activities or security breaches. Gatehouse Management: Control access to the property by monitoring the gatehouse. Ensure that only authorized personnel and vehicles enter the premises. Deliveries and Collections: Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries and collections, verifying the identity of personnel and ensuring proper documentation is completed. CCTV Monitoring: Monitor surveillance cameras to observe and record activities on the premises. Report any incidents or anomalies promptly. Incident Reporting: Document any incidents, accidents, or security breaches in a clear and concise manner. Prepare detailed reports as required. Emergency Response: Respond to alarms and emergency situations, providing assistance and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Skills: Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, visitors, and law enforcement. Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers and security software for reporting and monitoring purposes. Attention to Detail: Ability to observe and report details accurately. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess situations and respond appropriately. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments. Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physical tasks related to patrol duties and emergency response. Must have a valid SIA Licence. Must have the right to work in the UK. Have a five-year check able employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment, or full and part-time education during that period.
