Multiskilled Production Operator / Bench Fitter / Welder
£14 + per hour (depending on experience)

Working Hours:
This is a full-time role, with standard working hours from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM. That's a solid 37.5-hour workweek, giving you the balance of productive work and personal time.
Key Duties:
1. Grit blasting
2. Glass bead blasting
3. Foundry processes
4. TIG Welding (Having this skill is a highly favorable advantage)
5. Metal Finishing to file, debur, clean, and polish metal parts to meet quality standards
6. General factory duties and housekeeping
7. Clean and pack parts for shipping
Key Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
2. Proficiency in operating machinery and tools relevant to the listed processes.
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
5. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
Training:
Training will be provided in all aspects of the role. There is potential to develop this role in the future for the right candidate that wants to develop into machining more operations and NDT inspection.
