This role is part of the Digital Transformation Team, which focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and user satisfaction through strategic technology deployment and effective stakeholder engagement.
The Communication, Training & Engagement Manager plays a critical role in ensuring smooth adoption and operation of digital transformation initiatives. This includes driving user engagement, managing communication strategies, and maintaining consistent messaging across all changes in OSS (Operational Support System) service operations.
What you will do:
* Develop and implement an engagement strategy to keep stakeholders informed and aligned during feature deployments.
* Proactively address stakeholder concerns, ensuring a positive experience during transitions.
* Measure and report on user engagement effectiveness, refining strategies as needed.
* Create and manage end-user communications, providing clear and consistent updates on deployment status, system operations, and any workarounds.
* Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users, translating technical updates into user-friendly content.
* Host regular stakeholder meetings and workshops to foster collaboration and gather feedback.
* Monitor service operation changes, ensuring users are informed of impacts in a timely manner.
* Develop contingency communication plans for unexpected changes or disruptions.
* Regularly evaluate and improve engagement and communication processes to enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
What we are looking for:
* Expertise in user engagement strategies and communication best practices.
* Ability to clearly articulate technical updates and impacts to non-technical audiences.
* Experience working with diverse stakeholders to resolve conflicts and build consensus.
* Adept at driving alignment and adoption of changes across an organization.
* Proven experience in user engagement and communication roles.
* Strong understanding of digital transformation and OSS-related changes.
* Exceptional communication skills with a track record of managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
Nice to have:
* Experience in the telecom sector.
* Familiarity with MBNL’s organizational processes and digital transformation goals.
