Support on complex ER cases.
Coaching and advising managers.
Assist in the delivery of HR related tasks within the department.
Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
Help in promoting an engaging and inclusive work culture.
Support in various HR projects as required.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new HR initiatives.Profile
An Interim HR Advisor with:
Proven experience in an HR Advisor role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Excellent communication skills.
