Job Description
* All areas of B2B - Business to business customer service
* Working in a fast paced environment and liaising with customers, warehouse and 3PL
* Good knowledge of Excel and ideally experience of Salesforce and/or SAP
* Act as a key contact for business customers, handling enquiries and providing expert support.
* Process and manage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Work closely with sales teams to support client relationships and business growth.
* Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to track shipments and resolve issues.
* Maintain accurate customer records within internal systems.
* Handle warranty claims, returns, and after-sales support efficiently.
* Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and overall experience.
* Contribute to departmental goals, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in a B2B customer service or account management role.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
* Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
* Experience within the tools, construction, or manufacturing sector is beneficial.
* A team player with a positive and professional attitude.
