Elevation Recruitment Group HR are proud to be working exclusively with a leading client within the Rail sector as they look to recruit a HR Advisor at their Worksop site, on a full time, permanent basis.
As a HR Advisor, you will be reporting into the HR Manager and supporting the HR function from managing the full employee life cycle, Employee Relations, performance management and recruitment. This is a fully generalist HR role which offers fantastic exposure, as a HR Advisor your day to day responsibilities will include:
1. Advising managers on employee relations matters including performance management of employees, including coaching, disciplinary hearings and capability reviews
2. Provide HR Support on people & performance management
3. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and appraisals
4. Assist and support the Global HR Business Partner on ad-hoc project work
5. Act as the point of contact for absence management cases, support employees in welfare meetings, arrange & hold formal meetings, report/update caseload information
6. Liaise with the Occupational Health provider regarding medical screening and sickness absence referrals to ensure the wellbeing of employees
