Are you a qualified Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist? We are offering a wonderful opportunity to join our Foundation as a full-time (35 hours per week) permanent Therapy and Quality Liaison (qualified) with a salary of £41,000 per annum.

Reporting to the Strode Park House Registered Manager, you will provide an important liaison service to external therapy provision for the nursing home.
Main duties of the job
1. Be responsible for the liaison of referrals to community therapy teams, where appropriate, acting as a lead point of contact.
2. Support (alongside Deputy Managers/Lead Nurses) to view, co-ordinate and if appropriate, participate in assessments for admissions and discharges.
3. Liaise and link with external agencies where people using our services are referred to or engaged with.
4. Work alongside the wider team to adapt and support our current activity timetable with innovation and creativity.

3. Have the ability to clearly and appropriately communicate both orally and in written form, with both internal and external stakeholders.
