Job Description
We’re looking for a Motion Designer to join our Brand and Creative team in London. You’ll play a key part in helping our in-house agency create impactful, recognisable and effective marketing assets, helping Wise reach millions of existing and potential customers around the world.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, passionate, self-starter with experience in similar in-house teams or branding agencies with exceptional communication skills – both with peers and stakeholders.

About
A key part of that mission is raising awareness about Wise. As part of the Brand and Creative team you’ll work with our internal marketing teams to create campaigns across multiple channels that help deliver this message and make the world’s money work for more people. The work will include but not be limited to:
* Creative concepting for marketing campaigns
* Paid Social assets for Facebook and Instagram
* Paid Display banners
* Landing Pages
* Graphics for SEO content blogs
Here’s how you’ll be contributing within the Brand and Creative team:
* You’ll be collaborating with a talented and diverse team of designers, copywriters, strategists, video editors and project managers
* Owning projects from start to finish, you’ll collaborate across many Marketing teams to understand their objectives and deliver compelling creative ideas that answer the brief
* You’ll build relationships with stakeholders, following up on performance and insights to learn how we can iterate to have more impact
* You’ll convey ideas and beliefs with imagination and conviction, using creativity to challenge assumptions and ask ‘what if’
* You’ll be a custodian of the brand applying it intuitively from button to billboard
This Role Will Give You The Opportunity To:
* Develop: You’ll get to lead on a variety of projects and work with performance data to constantly improve design across marketing channels
* Be creative: You’ll use curiosity and creativity to challenge the status quo and deliver confident ideas, while always considering commercial impact. You’ll bring inspiration from everywhere, constantly striving to connect our brand to culture and the world’s our customers live in
Qualifications
* You have a strong portfolio of high-impact, consumer-facing work that demonstrates great typographic, layout, art direction and technical skills across all things brand and marketing
* You’re confident presenting and communicating your process, ideas and solutions to stakeholders.
* You’re comfortable working within a variety of different formats and platforms - Ideally Figma and the full Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, PremierePro and After Effects)
* You’re strategic and solutions-focused. You understand the ‘why’ and will seek to understand the real outcomes of the brief before heading into creative solutions
* You’re organised and able to take ownership of complex projects, work with different teams and prioritise to meet deadlines. You thrive in a fast-paced environment
* You’re analytical – you understand performance metrics and use them to iterate on designs
* You have an eagle eye for detail and always give actionable critique in a kind, fair and empathetic way
