Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities & Process Standards Team Leader to drive the creation and adherence to building and construction standards across manufacturing and warehouse facilities. The role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards, leading process improvements, and managing a geographically dispersed team to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and clarify building and construction standards, ensuring compliance and regular review.
2. Implement and oversee global process and construction strategies to improve efficiency and capital spending.
3. Identify focus areas for new execution models to enhance cost savings and operational effectiveness.
4. Manage cost efficiencies through contract improvements and facility upgrades.
5. Partner with Global Risk Management to ensure project risk and compliance are effectively managed.
6. Build and maintain cross-functional and global relationships to achieve objectives.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
* Experience in large facility and infrastructure capital projects, project management, and sustainable solutions.
* Knowledge of global manufacturing trends, financial acumen, and leadership skills.
* Ability to influence in a matrixed organization, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel.
