Job Description We are currently recruiting for a Switchboard Supervisor to join our team based in the Liverpool office of a financial services firm. The switchboard team is at the forefront of our client’s business, setting the precedent for the customer experience Overseeing a team of 2 Switchboard Operators, the successful candidate will ensure that the highest level of customer care is provided to incoming callers. They will also personally take calls, identifying the needs of the caller and redirecting them to the appropriate client contact, ensuring that all calls are completed in line with the client's call approach and SLAs. The Switchboard Supervisor must convey a positive attitude and professional first impression whilst promoting and creating culture of service excellence. They will convey a friendly, articulate, and accurate service whilst remaining security focused. Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £29,000
