Enerveo have been awarded a prestigious contract with a large client and are looking for a SHE Advisor to join the project team on site. In a typical day, you could expect to be: Ensuring environmental compliance and control measures are in place. Supporting site electrical and construction teams with producing company and client compliant risk assessments. Conducting construction site wark arounds to ensure compliance with site requirements. Maintaining accurate records of SHE activities, inspections, and audits, utilising DepotNet. Coordinating changes to staff certificates and provide support for accreditation and memberships using online portals as necessary. Investigating accidents, incidents and near misses and sharing lessons learned. Reviewing documentation for appropriate health & safety content (RAMS, CPPs etc). Ensuring compliance with UK Health & Safety Legislation/CDM Regs/Client's standards. Promoting and encouraging best practice. What do I need to be successful in the role? Regulatory Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of SHEQ regulations and standards. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific SHEQ challenges and solutions. Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate risks across various operations. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends. Security: Being able to pass site Security Clearance (SC).
