What you will be doing: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cyber Security Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will play an essential part in protecting our client’s systems and data. As a Cyber Security Administrator, you will be responsible for analysing security requirements across the organisation, helping to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all applications and systems. Working closely with the wider Cyber Security Governance team, you will coordinate and support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the cyber security roadmap, aligning with the Group IT Security Policy and IT risk management programmes. Your contributions will directly support the strategic IT and Cyber compliance objectives and help keep applications/systems secure and resilient in an evolving digital landscape. Your day-to-day duties may include but are not limited to: Support the development, implementation and monitoring of the cyber security roadmap, Group IT Security Policy, and IT risk management programmes to ensure that the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information is managed and controlled for the organisation’s applications and systems. Analyse security requirements and fulfilment levels across the organisation, covering the full range of applications and systems. Support colleagues in the wider Cyber Security Governance team, building regular reporting/dashboards on the status of the IT/Cyber security posture for senior management and global markets Coordinate audits across the organisation’s internal application estate and systems to ensure compliance to Group Standards including Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing, CI/CD Practices, NFR Testing and Disaster Recovery plans. Coordinate, track and report on treatment of identified risks and improvements. Work directly with application owners and stakeholders on establishing acceptable levels of residual risk. Help raise cyber security, IT security and risk management awareness for all employees, contractors and approved system users. Provide active support during security incidents and events that affect corporate IT assets, including intellectual property, sensitive data and the organisation’s reputation Provide direction, support and in-house consulting in effective IT Security and Delivery standards. Support the delivery of specific tasks on IT Security and compliance projects. This role is ideally suited to someone with a minimum 2 years’ experience understanding vulnerabilities and risk across the Software Development Lifecycle and looking to take the next step in their Cyber Security Compliance and Governance career. Education and / or Work Experience Requirements: A university degree or equivalent working experience Experience of working in an ISO 27001 compliant environment Minimum 2 years’ experience of cyber-security within the software development lifecycle Organisation and Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries under strict timelines Other details Pay Type Salary
