Kingswood Group are excited to be partnering with a growing business based in Basildon to recruit a permanent HR Coordinator.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their HR career.Duties to include Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations Process employee data changes Support HR administration tasks, such as preparing contracts and managing leave records Assist with payroll processing, ensuring data accuracy Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws Prepare HR reports Administer employee benefits programs and assist with enrollment or changes Support the exit process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews Provide general HR support and assist with HR projects as needed Experience required Previous HR experience working at a similar level Knowledge and understanding of current UK employment law/HR practices and provisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of organisational skills A good team player as well as being able to work effectively autonomously Part/full CIPD qualification or working towards This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative business as an HR professional and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
