Role: Customer Services Coordinator Location: Portlethen Contract: Fixed Term - 1 year approximately Hours: Monday - Friday 37 hours per week Notes: No hybrid working Job Description: Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality Policies at all times. Oversee the coordination of all rental equipment. Generate and send quotes to customers, follow up on progress through emails and phone calls, and log all communication accordingly. Provide support for the Certification process as needed. Prepare import/export documents and arrange for customs clearance. Manage the international mobilisation of technicians and test equipment, organising travel such as flights, accommodation, car rentals, visas, and permits. Handle incoming service and sales calls, addressing inquiries and redirecting as necessary. Work closely with other coordinators, providing support and coverage during holidays or absences. Implement updates and changes to rental and refurbishment processes as needed.
