Job Description
3. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
4. Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
5. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
6. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
7. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
8. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organising team-building activities.
9. Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
10. Participate in HR projects, like help organise corporate events, etc.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Assistant should have:
11. Proven experience as an HR Administrator or relevant human resources/administrative role.
12. Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
13. Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
14. Familiarity with social media recruiting.
15. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
16. Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
17. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
