Project Manager Contract Inside IR35 We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in the water industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and water industry. Working at locations around the West Midlands Some of the key responsibilities they will undertake are: Delivering key projects throughout their lifecycle. To have a water hygiene card in place (Blue Card). Creating and managing project plans, including scope and schedule whilst proactively managing the project timeline. Identify and manage risks with both internal and external stakeholders. Managing Project budgets and forecasting costs. Full attendance at site (Either Frankley or Strensham). Develop Project scope and manage changes. Weekly progress update meetings with Contractors and the Operational Team including daily stand ups. Track Project milestones and deliverables. Leading on safety at site including daily briefings with contractors and weekly safety walks. Managing the contract (NEC)
