* Position: Customer Service Advisor
* Salary: £24,000 to £32,000
* Location:Hailsham (must have own transport due to location)
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8,30am to 5pm

An exciting opportunity to join a fun team as a Customer Service Advisor dealing with customer orders with the chance of earning commission on your sales. You’ll give your clients advice and estimates on their product requirements and guide the whole sales process from order to delivery.
Job duties of the Customer Service Advisor are to:
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with enterprise accounts
* Serve as the lead point of contact for all web customers and enterprise accounts.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
* Process information and customer orders
* Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
* Regularly communicate with new and existing customers informing them of new services and products to encourage repeat business.
* Liaise with internal and external departments to optimise quality of service, sustain good working relationships and achieve excellent customer satisfaction
Skills and experience required for the Customer Service Advisor are:
* Must be competent in the use of MS Office particularly Excel, Word, and Access Internet and email.
* Excellent communication and telephone skills
* Excellent time management and organisational skills with a flexible attitude
* Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Enthusiastic and confident
* Complaint handling
