We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Deputy Manager to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support and care for our young people and be responsible for a small staff team. It's a 5-bedded home for males and females aged 8 - 18 with emotional, behavioural difficulties and other complex needs associated. The home seeks to provide a safe and understanding ethos in which the young person can be assisted to address their behaviours and to take responsibility for their own actions. The emphasis of the work is by way of intervention and to challenge the inappropriate behaviour through a holistic therapeutic approach. Our home also has a small holding where we keep farm animals which provides environment enrichment for our young people. Our staff and young people help to look after these.
