Key Responsibilities: Oversee construction projects from start to finish using best practices. Build and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders. Serve as the main client contact and ensure project success. Manage project accounts, governance, and resources efficiently. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Lead and mentor your team, providing guidance and support. Drive new business opportunities and prepare fee proposals. Lead large-scale projects with minimal support. Stay updated on relevant legal and technical matters. Apply quality assurance and environmental management principles. Ensure personal safety and align with company values. LI-SM1 Qualifications: Degree in a construction-related discipline. Member of a recognized professional institution (MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent). Positive, collaborative, and innovative approach. Proven leadership in project management. Experience in building client relationships and leading teams. Strong technical project management knowledge. Familiarity with UK building contracts (NEC and JCT forms). Understanding of Health & Safety and Environmental legislation. Commitment to personal development. Valid UK driving license.
