About the Role
We seek a motivated Psychology Graduate to support children in an educational setting. This role is ideal for someone interested in working directly with children, understanding their unique needs, and helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* 1:1 and Group Support: You will work closely with children who require additional assistance, providing personalised learning support to help them engage and progress in their studies.
* Behavioural Support: Utilise your understanding of psychology to assist students with behavioural challenges, helping them develop strategies for positive classroom participation and emotional regulation.
