What We're Looking For: While experience in planning and coordinating is preferred, it's not essential. What matters most is your flexible, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude. Your Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage staff rosters using Webroster. - Allocate, process, and oversee new care package referrals. - Handle changes to care packages and maintain accurate staff availability records. - Respond to calls and inquiries professionally, escalating as needed. - Collaborate with colleagues, professional bodies, and family members to ensure the best outcomes for service users. Success in this Role Will Look Like: - Meeting utilisation and performance targets. - Ensuring care is allocated effectively to meet service users' needs. - Supporting the branch team in achieving business and compliance objectives.
