They are seeking a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to provide 2nd and 3rd line support and maintenance on-site and remotely with a focus on desktop, server and infrastructure support. The successful 3rd Line IT Support Engineer will act as the escalation point for the service desk and will also work alongside the Service Desk Manager working directly with all managed services customers. Essential Requirements of the 3rd Line IT Support Engineer: Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in an IT Support capacity, with at least 2 years in 2nd and 3rd line support.
