Focused on our Advanced Wound Management product portfolio, this role will work closely with internal teams to create clear, engaging copy that supports our marketing objectives and drives brand awareness. You'll ensure all content aligns with our vision and mission, adheres to regulatory standards, and resonates with healthcare professionals and patients. Sounds exciting, right?
This role is ideal for an experienced Copywriter who can couple creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for storytelling and brand building. You'll have the ability to influence marketing collateral direction through your creative input and messaging expertise.

What will you be doing?
* Collaborate with Global Marketing, Creative designers, Account Managers, Digital Teams and Web Teams to understand campaign goals and project requirements, ensuring our messaging is consistent and aligned with the overall brand strategy.
* Develop high-quality copy for a wide range of marketing collateral, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements with accurate referencing and use of claims.
* Review and perfect copy developed by peers, agencies, or freelancers to maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
* Assist in maintaining an organised library of assets and version control through established marcomms processes.
* Supply ideas in brainstorming sessions and creative briefings to help shape campaign concepts and strategies.
What will you need to be successful?
You'll need proven professional copywriting experience, preferably within the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry. Familiarity with wound care is a huge bonus!
What will really set you apart will be your ability to communicate excellently in both written and verbal forms, adapting your tone and style to resonate with diverse audiences. You'll also excel in coordinating and managing your time effectively, balancing multiple projects and deadlines with ease, while collaborating seamlessly across cross-functional teams.
