Role: - Inside Sales Representative- Science/Chromatography
Location: - Glasgow- Hybrid
Hours & Type: - Monday-Friday (9-5pm), full time, permanent 35-hour week
Salary & Benefits: - Competitive salary (DOE), bonus 20-60% paid out quarterly, 25 days holiday, Pension (6%EE/6%ER).
Russell Taylor Group have a fantastic opportunity for either an Analytical Chemistry graduate with an aptitude for working in sales or someone with previous experience working within a sales environment within the Science industry to join a well-established technical services company in Scotland.
This is a hybrid position, three days on site and two days from home. The role will involve a combination of business development, account management and reviving dormant account.
Responsibilities
Managing well established accounts
Expanding product lines within existing customers.
Help to bring on-board new customers
Work within a fast-paced environment to KPIs - communication to clients and potential customers will be via telephone calls and email.
Attend customer sites once a quarter and attend exhibitions and events when required.
Conduct research into potential new customers to determine their potential.
Close sales.
Produce close and concise written email communications, sales proposals & quotations.
Provide the management team with weekly feedback on commercial activities, feedback and industry updates.
