Role Overview
As a Customer Key Accounts Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience. From managing phone orders to handling email correspondence and maintaining accurate records, your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering customer orders via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and friendly manner.
• Managing and resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using Microsoft Excel.
• Creating and updating reports using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Assisting with general administrative duties to support the customer service team.
• Ensuring timely follow-up on customer queries to provide a seamless experience.
Requirements:
• Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in writing professional emails with attention to tone and clarity.
• Skills in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formulas.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook).
