Rise Recruitment Solutions is on the lookout for a highly motivated and driven HR Administrator / Personal Assistant to join a leading Manufacturing and Distribution company based in Leighton Buzzard. Our client is a world-class specialist in the supply, development, and manufacture of custom contact lenses.
We are particularly interested in candidates who thrive in dynamic settings and have a background in human resources. What We Offer:
1. Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (DOE)
2. Schedule: Monday – Friday – 40 hours per week (09.00 – 17.00)

Responsibilities:
HR Administration and Confidential Work
1. To be responsible for all work of a confidential nature such as Human Resources.
2. To be the liaison with the external HR provider, managing issues and coordinating advice received with the business in a timely manner.
3. Organising approved recruitment campaigns for the Directors and Managers within agreed time frames.
4. Arranging and organising new starters and leavers and producing the relevant paperwork.
5. Initiating attendance meetings for absence, welfare, and long-term sick.
6. Any other ad hoc HR services that are needed within the business.
EA and Office Management
1. To deliver all typing of Company correspondence such as letters, memos, monthly reports, emails, labels, and forms.
2. To organise business travel and accommodation for Company Directors, staff, and visitors effectively.
3. To be responsible for taking accurate minutes at various Company meetings as and when required and distributing them as necessary.
4. To co-ordinate and distribute agendas for monthly board meetings. This will involve communicating with the Global PA.
5. To co-ordinate the organisation of meetings for Directors and Managers of the business.
6. Manage all office documentation so it is filed in an orderly fashion and easily accessible when needed.
7. To provide office management including stationery ordering, arranging Christmas and social events, visitor meet and greets, and lunches for key business meetings.
8. Organising the purchasing of employee welfare items and staff rewards.
Person Specification:
Education:
1. A-Levels or equivalent
Qualifications:
1. HR Related qualifications (preferable)
Experience:
1. Minimum five years of experience within an HR function.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience within a PA role.
