Key Responsibilities Oversee office interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. Lead pre-contract planning, procurement, and project execution. Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards. Manage multiple projects (5-6 at a time) across diverse industries. Handle budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for each project. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success. Work collaboratively with a team of experienced Project Managers. What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing office interior fit-out projects in the UK. Strong knowledge of UK fit-out industry standards and building regulations. Background in office interiors and mechanical aspects of fit-outs. Ability to read CAD files and work proficiently with Microsoft Project. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Adaptability to handle projects across different industries. Additional Information Travel Required: This role involves travel across the UK, with a focus on projects in the South-East. Candidates should be well-connected to main transport networks for accessibility to London and surrounding areas.
