Medical Devices Statistician – Birmingham (ML-NC-MW-03847)
Salary: Negotiable
A growing Medical Devices company needs an experienced Statistician to help them in the collation and analysis of data that will aid in the development of brand new medical technologies.
You will work alongside an advanced R&D team providing information that will be vital in the direction the team’s development takes. Not only will you be involved with analysing vital data, but you will also be deeply involved with the implementation of new methods to extract data.
Ideally, you will have a large amount of experience in the Medical Devices sector, using SAS to collate and analyse data. If you have not worked in Medical Devices but have exposure to diagnostics, scientific, pharmaceutical, medical, or clinical research, you would still possess the skills required.
To have worked in this type of role, it is expected you would hold a degree within a statistics-based subject, and you will also need several years’ experience working as a statistician.
As you will be working alongside R&D teams and reporting information, you will need to have clear communication skills, both written and spoken. You will also need the confidence to discuss and defend your results when needed.
This company is growing, and with each day of success, the company develops into a more impressive organisation, meaning career progression is available. They like to promote within when possible, so skills training is on offer to help your development.
Due to the importance of this role, I expect applications to be processed quickly. With this in mind, make an application now if you have any interest in the role.
